Small Town Foster Care

In our small town everybody knows somebody, 

and somebody is probably related to my foster child.

Somebody is usually talking, too

and so I get a lot of second-hand information

that would make any mother's toes curl

and make her very protective and on the defense for said beautiful child.

The only people saying anything nice about the situation is DSHS.

One or two good things are happening in favor of the family,

but there are mountains of adversity to overcome.
