James has earned a very thoughtful compliment. His teacher in his primary class at church said he is one of the best scripture memorizers she has.
I am sure it's true.
He has gone from struggling to repeat words after me to learning whole passages of scripture quickly and easily!!!
He has a good head for learning... We're just still figuring out how he learns. I bet his scripture memorizing helps his brain with other tasks as well.
The other day he came home from school and shared a scrap of a poem he had heard there. It was enough for me to recognize it and I looked it up and in a little while he had it memorized.
So proud.
