Wow. I feel you pain and exhaustion. Our basement flooded a few months ago and it was such a headache. Hope the flooring goes down smoothly and your home is back in order quickly. I love getting rid of stuff we don't use. Makes me feel so good. I would much rather give away than sell also. :)
Oh, it's SO pretty!!!!! I love the new flooring you chose. Can't wait to see photos of the finished product.
